Five stars, none of them shouting
A discreet estate on a private shoreline, made for guests who like a place to speak softly. 46 years on, the greeting feels as it did on opening morning.
“An object lesson in understated hospitality.”
Little things, handled with care
Nothing here is showy. Everything is intentional. That is what brings our regulars back.
VIP Gaming
High-limit tables in private salons, without spectators, cameras, or haste. Personal hosts organise transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership is invitation-only, though a single weekend visit is often enough to earn one.

Linger a little longer
Tailored escapes built around the experiences guests ask for most.
A shorefront haven, shaped over 46 years.
Founded in 1980 on a private stretch of Mediterranean shore, Ivorymountainnest was created for guests who judge a place by how it feels, not by what it shows off. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a small bar. Today we have 100 keys, four restaurants and three private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still serves dinner every night.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, each room and each ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has been with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole idea.
We hold a five-star rating from every guide that matters, yet the praise we cherish most is one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 72 percent of our reservations each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the only figure we track.
